Are you looking for a more personalized practice or want a little deeper instruction and attention.  This 5 hour package is broken down into 1 hour classes to give you the freedom to book your practice around your busy schedule.  We can design the postures and practice specifically for you.  These classes can take place at a location of your choosing including your home, my designated yoga space, or online. (classes must be used within 6 months of purchase)
