Using Yin yoga postures, this gentle yoga practice releases tension and relaxes the muscles. After a session of classic restorative asanas, the remainder of the class is dedicated to relaxation and meditation. The use of blankets and bolsters allows for the body to relax so the mind can reflect, leaving you rejuvenated and content.
