Aerial Yoga uses silks hung from the ceiling, in combination with Yoga poses, to give your body an excellent work out. The silks help to reduce stress on the joints, provide stability for balance, and allow even beginners to enjoy the benefits of inversions. All level practitioners are welcome from beginner to advanced!
